EXCHANGES
When can I make an exchange?

· My products were faulty when I received

· I got my size wrong and I need to change

· The product didn’t meet my expectations and I would like to change if for another
In any cases, any products sent in for an exchange must be in perfect conditions and unused, or else we will not be able to proceed with the exchange. It is your responsibility to provide with the necessary packaging to make sure the products arrive in good condition. If you are struggling to find a right packaging for your shipment, we suggest you use the small box you received with your initial order

How do I make an exchange?

Send us an email to cassey@cassey.es letting us know why you want to change your items.
After that, you can go ahead and send the items you would like to exchange to the following address through Standard Mail:

As soon as we receive your parcel, we will contact you and we will proceed with the exchange if all before mentioned requirements are met.

Cassey does not take any responsibility of any lost parcel, and it will be the buyer’s responsibility to make sure the parcel contains all the necessary information to be delivered at the right address.

How long do I have to exchange my products?

Exchanges will be accepted within 15 natural days after you received your shipping confirmation email.

How much does it cost to make an exchange?

In case of a justified exchange (see “When can I make an exchange?”), all costs associated to product exchanges will be the buyer’s responsibility. This includes any shipping costs to our facilities and the shipment back to your delivery address with the exchanged items. The latter will be notified to you by our Customer Service team depending on your shipping country and the payment will be settled by PayPal or bank wire.
Should you want to proceed with an exchange of any product with a different price, any difference will be settled through PayPal or bank wire. Exchanges for cheaper products are not allowed.

As soon as we receive your parcel, we will contact you and we will proceed with the exchange if all before mentioned requirements are met.

RETURNS
Can I return my order and get a refund?

Cassey does NOT accept any returns except when the order is delivered in bad condition (faulty items).
If you did not receive your items in perfect condition, please contact us immediately.

How will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been approved, the refund will be made to the account you used to place your order.

When will I receive my refund?

After your refund is approved, you will receive a confirmation email. After that, it may take up to 10 business days before you see your money transferred back to your account.
